Hi everyone,
I wanted to flag an ongoing issue we've observed with the daily data refresh for our analytics dashboard. Starting May 2025, the dashboard has not been reflecting the most recent data as expected. Typically, our refresh schedule ensures updated metrics are available by end of previous day, but that hasn’t been the case recently.
What we're seeing:

Data appears to be stale, with timestamps showing a last date refresh in May 2025.

Scheduled refresh jobs are either delayed or not completing successfully.

Some downstream dashboards and reports dependent on this data are also showing outdated values.
️ Steps we've taken so far:

We have identified the root cause of the issue and will be starting the refresh process to backfill all the missing days.
