      Question on Analytics?  Recruitment for new employeed is produced through the Insight software.  We have needs for analytics in this software.  Recruitment to hire, and employee success are key measures of how well these programs are working in an organization.

       

      Analytics on marketing sources are key to determining candidate strength in recruitment.  Can we get analytics and reporting for Insight to assist us in decsion making in recruitment strategy and process to enhance candidate strength and siuccess?   Thank you - Kay

      Hi ​@krandolphpollard I think a combination of the Recruitment dashboards metrics such as Time to Hire, Candidate Sources and Job Attractiveness metrics can help assess the current strategy and find bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the process. We also have specific Standard Reports in report builder that can help, for example: Source of Hire, Time to Fill - Days, Interviews Scheduled, Interview Results, are some good starting points.
