- Are the calculated fields being shown only going to be useful for this particular report type?
Calculated fields can be used in any reporting type as well. Te restriction is on the entities you have in other reporting types. The functions available to be used for creating calculated fields are applicable across any reporting type. - What is the Time to Fill calculation based off?
It is the date difference between the Requisition Created date and the Offer Response Date. - What is the status of providing more user access controls on the Report Builder?
During Q3, we will be working on the Report Catalog and different security options to allow users to view only reports in the Report Catalog, but have the ability to create or make changes through Report Builder based on roles/permissions. - How do you access the "total # of applications" in the Job Posting & Conversion metrics chart?
Total # of applications is displayed once you select Explore on the chart. It will be placed on the header section of the chart, next to the date range and Total # of Jobs. - Is submitted resume count the same a # of applications submitted?
Yes, submitted resume should be the same as # of application submitted. - When will there be more training available on the training portal?
A new series of short videos has been posted to the Product > Training section of Analytics & Reporting. These are primarily videos explaining how to use a few Dashboard metrics and will be extended to more metrics and Report Builder functionality. - Is there any timeframe or time line when there would be more Learn reports?
Additional Learn reports are scheduled to be available during Q3 2024. It will include Course Activity, Learning Plan Activity and User Activity. - Is this webinar recorded and posted for viewing later?
Yes, we are recording and will be posting later in Community. You can access previous webinar recordings here - Are the new Standard Reports only for users that have Onboard and Insight, or are other NEOGOV modules required as well?
Of all the standard report templates created in the last 2 months, 5 are for customers using Insight, 1 for Onboard, 1 for Perform and 1 for Core HR (HRIS) customers. - Is there a way to edit the Time to Hire - Organization Dashboard to fit the individual organization? We count closing date to SME date in addition to advertising to offer.
Yes, Time to Hire can be configured to use different dates on different stages of the recruitment process. By default, we have 8 different stages and for each stage you can select the From To combination to track per stage. - Which report would you recommend for tracking first screening date and cert sent and due dates by active exam plan?
Applicant with Job Application and Eligible List is a good starting point for this report. - Will the slides used in this presentation be available for download?
Yes, a PDF version of the slides will be posted in the Previous Calls section announcements along side the Webinar recording. - If we don't always have a 1-1 relationship between our requisitions and exam plans but are looking for reporting like in the new reporting type, do you have any recommendations on how to do this?
