PowerDMS (Policy)August 2025 Release NotesRelease 6.15.0 - Aug 21, 2025Bug FixesAddressed an issue where mobile push notifications may not be sent properly for some organizations. Corrected an issue where a user may be unable to upload a file with type ‘Wave’ (extension .WAV) to PowerDMS. EnhancementsMultiple performance enhancements have been made to the system to assist in faster loading of items, and provide an overall improved user experience. Functionality EnhancementsIn Workflows, we have updated the process of a ‘Deny’ action followed by a Reevaluation action. If a step is denied, and is subsequently set to reevaluation, the step will no longer be cloned into a new step, but will be reset to active, so all participants can provide input again as needed.

Is there downtime for this release?No. Appendix: Bugs Resolved Functional Scenario When Issue Encountered Issue Resolved When an entry was manually added on a day a missed punch also occurred, the time sheet did not retain the entry. We momentarily saw the entry, but then it disappeared. However, the total time being reported was correctly updated. We provided a fix where the manually added entry displayed at all times. When reprocessing clock entries for multiple days, paired punches are removed. We updated the logic when reprocessing punches so that punches pair accurately and logically. Choosing the “Enable Start and End Times” option on the work rule still hid the start and end times if the timesheet was generated without hours. Timesheets now respect the “Include Start and End Times” toggle on the work rule. 508(C) Co

I would like to standardize what employees see in email when receiving Neogov notifications. us-notifications@negov.net is the address from which upcoming and overdue tasks are delivered. Can it be changed to a donotreply@neogov similar to other types of notifications?
Where is the most recent 2025 Learn Risk Pool Catalog Located? I know where the Risk Pool Sparky post is but the catalog there is from April and the thread is locked from comments.
For the NYS LEAP accreditation, DCJS requires you to have 2-3 proofs for each year of the 5 year cycle. I have been looking through the community posts to figure out the best way to do this, but am not having much luck.I feel that it would just be a mess having so many documents mixed together, even if they were named with the year that they are for. Does anyone have a suggestion or best practice that would make this as smooth as possible?
I love the new task view & filtering/column opportunities available to test in UAT for the summer release. The filter format is much cleaner than in other modules. However, it would be even better if these suggestion were possible to add before releasing in Prod:Can y’all make it possible to save the view (like you can in Onboard’s employee list for example)? Otherwise, I have to re-add my columns & filters each time I come back to the page. When adding Department &/or Division columns, can those fields be added to the filter options as well? If this is not possible, then allowing us to right-click the task and open in a new window would be a feasible workaround. This way, we can keep our view intact but still complete tasks.

Hi all - We have received a lot of feedback on the updated screens during the beta phase over the last 6+ months and especially in the last few weeks since the April 3rd general release for all customers. As the Product Manager for Insight, I want to post a few notes on this topic. Where did the feedback button go in Insight?The intention was always to leave it up for a only couple weeks after April 3rd to get the initial wave of comments since that is when most feedback is typically offered from past experience. We received over 600 comments through this tool, and over 400 just since that release. We could leave it up longer, but honestly that’s a healthy sample size to see the trends and they don’t tend to change a lot after a certain point. What if I still want to give feedback?You are welcome to post it here in the Community on an ongoing basis. I actively monitor this forum, and the comments here generally align so far with the feedback survey results from the Insight button. You
I inadvertently moved a “group” from the “all users” folder, in doing so, it now appears as an individual user in the “all users” folder. How can I undo this and move the “group” out of “all users” as an individual user and back into “all users” as a “group”? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I’ve already tried dragging the “group” (Police Department) out of the individual user list and dropping in on the “all user” folder with all the other groups. It merely put the “group” (Police Department) back in as an individual user. Please see pics
