In some cases, the last selected merge field would disappear after saving. Additionally, emails sent using templates with the Phone Number or Headline merge fields did not populate those fields in the actual message. There was also a formatting label issue. Email templates now reliably save and display all selected merge fields, including the last one. Phone Number and Headline merge fields populate correctly in sent emails. We’re excited to share an update on the rollout of our new Navigation experience, designed to make it easier and faster for users to navigate across products. Earlier in the rollout, we encountered a few issues affecting a small number of accounts. Based on that feedback, we made adjustments to ensure a more stable experience going forward. This was the cause of SF 01112300 for CFPUA. We stopped populating the amount overrides in this scenario. This ensures that the value from the calculation would be honored. When payroll batches were being reset, the related leave lines weren’t going back to their original state. When attempting to reprocess payroll, those transactions weren't picked up. This was the cause of the leave line issue for Palos Verdes Library District. With this change, we are now correctly updating the leave lines to their original state. When payroll gets reprocessed, those leave lines are now pulled into payroll.

This occurs in certain cases when the agency does not have the default LWOP TKN time code. With this release, all agencies that are missing the time code will have their seed updated. Weekly timesheets show incorrect dates when the pay period starts in a month with more days than the ending month, and the current date is higher than the number of days in the ending month. With this release, weekly timesheets will show the proper dates. Can't remove a time code from a leave policy after adding it because the Save button isn't enabled. With this release, you can now remove the time code from the leave policy and save the record.

This was when the agency was using the Field Controls within the Security Profile page to limit access a user has to another user. This prevented the user from accessing their own personal information. We resolved this by making sure that the field controls only apply to viewing another user in the system and that the individual’s access will continue to be based on their permissions from the Security Profile page. Now, an employee can see their own information, while not being able to see anyone else’s information. Hello, I am new here and new to accreditation. PowerDMS had an update yesterday and now I am unable to see our previous assessment. I have been using our old assessment to see exactly the types of things that are required for the standards. Has anyone else had this issue? And if so, how did you fix it? Thanks!
Alot of information in my standards has been flagged. When I bring up the flagged item and click on “View” that says that it is going to compare the item to something else, nothing ever comes up - at all. Not the item that is already in the standard that has been flagged, not the new item they are comparing it with, nothing. How do I get rid of the flags or have the items come up to compare them? This has made a mess of trying to figure out how many items are actually in my system that need attention.

We have outside training courses hosted by FEMA. How do we best track these courses in NEOGOV, ideally with upload to the trainee’s account of their Certificate of completion from FEMA? What are best practices here? Thank you for any recommendations!
