June 2025 Release Notes

First, allow me to introduce myself. I’m the new Product Manager for Power Policy. i’m Brian McGonagill. I’ll add a link to my LinkedIn so you can view my details if you like. I apologize for the late posting of these notes. I’m still learning everything I need to do, and how and where to do it. I’ll also be posting the July Notes up through now.  We have another release coming next week (July 24), and I’ll post release notes for those on July 22 (ideally).

Release 6.9.0 - June 24, 2025

An issue was addressed where the focus on a selected item in the navigation bar for chapter / notes in assessments when a user navigates between active and archived assessments.

Addressed an issue where the view may display blank when clicking the “Edit in Browser” button for .htm files. 

An issue was addressed where the timezone for courses searched in the Advanced Search tool would show the GMT (+0) timezone, instead of the customer’s set timezone.

Fixed an issue where setting the ‘Auto Add’ setting for a group, might set it for all groups in some circumstances.
 

Release 6.8.0 - June 17, 2025

Addressed an issue where the red update dot might not clear properly after an update to a document in Content Hub.

An issue was fixed where a user navigating from the Workflow Templates view to another view in the system, may experience unexpected user interface problems.

Fixed an issue where hovering over folders in Content Hub may not show the number of updates properly.

 

6.7.0 June 10, 2025

Fixed an issue where sidebar items might display as duplicated in some instances. 

Addressed an issue where the Assignments tab and membership sub-tab may only show archived users in some instances.

An issue was addressed where a Draft revision may no longer display a hyperlink under the published document in search results.

Addressed an issue where the Continue button may appear disabled when attempting to add a new step after a dynamic first response in workflows.

Addressed an issue where an attachment from PowerDMS might still appear in a Policy after it’s been removed from an Assessment.

An issue was resolved where “>Documents]” may be displayed when exporting documents from the advanced search, instead of the actual folder name being exported.

Fixed an issue where viewing sent messages in PowerDMS may not show the CC’d users of the message.

Resolved an issue where admins may not be able to navigate to the second page of revisions when more than 50 (fifty) revisions existed for the document.

An issue was resolved where the print icon may not have been displayed on the ‘Discuss’ tab of documents.
