When you are a first time visitor to the Community, your membership must be approved before you see content in the search results and in the menus on the top of the page. When you register for an account with the Community, a moderator will need to approve your access before it unlocks for you. We approve membership requests morning and evening during the business week (M-F). You will receive an email when you register, and then again after your membership has been approved. Once your membership has been approved, you will have full Community privileges. PowerFTO is testing out the ability for Organizations to sync their Active Directory for single sign on purposes.  Currently SupportedAzure AD ADFS (Windows Server 2019 & Windows Server 2016 only)Note: Only 1 can be set up on a site Features & Common Questions All AD users can be added to PowerFTO and would no longer need to sign into https://app.agency360.com with password credentials again. This could save your Organization time with adding new users, improve security for existing users, and update access for terminated users. First Name, Last Name, and Email Address fields for AD users would no longer be editable within PowerFTO.  Any changes would be made through your Active Directory.  There would also no longer be a password field for AD users as this would be handled within your AD. Syncing Users with Azure Active Directory

SUMMARYSynchronizing your users in PowerDMS is an important step to getting your system up and running. This article will show you how to synchronize using Azure Active Directory.CONTENT Synchronizing Users  Note: If you currently use another sync method or already have users in your site, contact PowerDMS Support at 800.749.5104 or support@powerdms.com before implementing Azure sync.   Select Administration Menu from the drop-down menu under your name in the upper right corner of your screen.  From the menu that appears, navigate to User Sync, enter the forms-based credentials for a Master Administrator account, and click Request JWT Token. SUMMARYThe following instructions outline connecting Single Sign-On for your site via Microsoft Azure Active Directory (Azure AD).CONTENT Single Sign-On (SSO) SSO is an optional PowerDMS feature that allows our customers to simplify their authorization process when signing into their computer and its programs. SSO uses the customer's domain credentials, management system, and login pages, so only one sign-in is necessary for users to access their organization's site and PowerDMS.For SSO to work for all users within your site, Site Administrators must turn SSO on from their Administration Menu > Settings > Security > Single Sign On.  Only one SSO connection is allowed per site.Contact your PowerDMS CSM for your SSO Application licensing information.   Note: To use OIDC/OAuth, the application requires access to user information. Configuring SAML for PowerDMS

SUMMARYThis article will show you (generally your IT department) how to configure SAML for PowerDMS Single Sign On (SSO).CONTENT   Note:  Configuring your Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) for Single Sign On (SSO) with PowerDMS is generally done through your IT or technical department.   SAML is an identity provider that customers use as a single sign-on solution.  NEOGOV's Enterprise Identity Management (EID) is a service provider that facilitates authentication.
