Hello.  Can an administrator please tell me if/when all the old content will be added back to the site?  This forum is less than helpful now unfortunately. All answers have disappeared. Every helpful conversation over the years is gone. Please tell me there is a restoration plan please. Thank you!

Where do you locate training modules for NeoGov?

 


Our Team found a bug in the candidate profile. The email address that now shows as an active link to use to generate an email message to the candidate is not working when you advance to the next candidate and want to message them as well. It seems to be “remembering” the first candidate’s email address from the link and inserting it into all subsequent candidate active links and resulting in the wrong candidate’s email address auto populating into outlook.  We will file a ticket with NG support but wanted to see if anyone else was experiencing this.

To access training resources, simply follow these quick steps:

  1. Click Products at the top of the page

  2. Select the specific product you’re interested in

  3. Then click on Training to explore all available resources tailored to that product

I’ve been having a bit of a hard time screening applicants with the new candidate interface. Is there any way to revert back to the previous version? It was much easier to navigate and review applications with that layout, or maybe I was just used to it but I need to screen 200+ applications right now and going back to the previous layout would make my life a lot easier.

Are the step up series different from University Live? Can we bring back the step up series?

The step up series are different from the University Live. Here is a link to the University Live- https://success.neogov.com/unified%2Dsuite%2Dtraining%2D158/neogov%2Duniversity%2Dlive%2D14519 

You should be able to register for the product you are seeking through the link I sent connecting to University Live. 

The Step Up webinars are going to be leveraged as an ad-hoc training support option. I hope this helps!
