Refer Save failed error

We are experiencing an issue with being able to refer candidates to the referred list. It looks like this also may be impacting Onboard and OHC. Our dev team is working on it and we will put out an update soon via community.  Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Outage Fully Resolved

Our Development team has communicated that this should be fully resolved. This Outage was in regards to Insight/OHC. If you are experiencing any issues you are welcome to give us a call at 877 204 4442 / send an email to customersupport@neogov.net. New Report Builder Experience!

The 'Create Report' button and report tabs are now part of the left navigation bar. You now have more space for viewing report related information.The Report Builder lists have now fewer columns to make it easier to read. You can now click on the 'Add Columns' button to add more information or remove columns from the list. New Left Navigation Bar - From here you can start creating new reports or find existing ones by selecting one of the report tabs. New Add Columns action - Use this action to add or remove columns from the grid.
