The period for maintenance for the UAT environment is: Friday, January 8th, 5 pm PST - Friday, January 15th, 8 am PST During this refresh, the UAT environment will be unavailable for use. Winter 2021 Develop Module Enhancement Release

NEOGOV is excited to announce Develop's Winter 2021 enhancement release. Perform & Learn form a complementary pair in our Develop module. Learn’s enhancements will be deployed to Training & Production on the morning of Tuesday, January 19, and Perform’s enhancements will be deployed on the evening of Thursday, January 28. All sites will remain available, as there is no downtime for either release. To kick off the new year, Perform offers a new notification for "Evaluation Released to Employee" as well as some key usability enhancements for Check-Ins and Journals. On the Learn side, we have a new Mobile Check-in feature for classroom course management. This enhancement saves the Admin time by reducing the administrative burden associated with manually managing attendance for large in-person classes. NEOGOV's Unified Self Service is Available Now!

NEOGOV is thrilled to reiterate that our new unified self service for managers & employees is available in both Production and UAT for customers of our talent management suite (Insight/OHC, Onboard, Perform, Learn, E-Forms). The new experience is automatically enabled in your UAT accounts, which was recently refreshed with Production data from January 1. To log into UAT, please use your Production credentials as of Jan 1 or follow the steps to reset your password. Your managers and employees can log into UAT as well to preview the updated experience. We highly encourage you to view the changes in UAT first prior to making the switch in Production. NEOGOV Browser Support Update

It's time to start saying goodbye to some old internet browsers. Effective August 1, 2021, NEOGOV will be discontinuing support for Internet Explorer 11 and Edge HTML. Below are the only browsers that will be supported by NEOGOV for all products, beginning August 1st: Chrome Edge with Chromium If you are using another browser, it is time to update. But, don't worry. Our products will not suddenly stop working as of August 1st. However as we move forward, we will no longer test features or code to the standards of older browsers. So, eventually, some features may stop working if you haven't upgraded. Your best user experience will be on the supported browsers. Please coordinate with your IT department if you do not have access yet to either Chrome or Edge with Chromium. And just in case you are a little unclear about Microsoft's Internet Explorer and Edge browsers, the following graphic shows the evolution of their browsers over the past few years:

Learn Content and Browser Support Updates

Content Updates The NEOGOV Course Development Team is busy creating new content for release this spring, but we also want to remind you of some upcoming retirements on March 1. As previously shared, we will archive several partner Harassment courses. In addition, we will archive courses that already have replacements in the system. Please refer to the complete list of course retirements here. The updated Course Catalog is available here. Browser Support Earlier this week, we announced our plans for internet browser support. Effective August 1, 2021, NEOGOV will discontinue support for Internet Explorer 11 and Edge HTML as Microsoft is ending their support for these browsers. Beginning August 1st, NEOGOV will only support Chrome or Edge with Chromium. This does affect the content as well. Please coordinate with your IT department if you do not have access yet to either Chrome or Edge with Chromium.
