We’re so excited to have you here! This is a space where you can connect, learn and share ideas with fellow NEOGOV users and experts. Whether you're new to the platform or have been using it for a while, we want to get to know YOU better! Let’s kick off the year by shining a spotlight on the people who make this community thrive! Meet the team behind the scenes—and celebrate the voices, ideas, and energy that make this community truly vibrant… that means YOU! 🪩

As we step into 2026, we are excited to build even more conversations, collaboration and community- together!

We’ll go first….

Meet the Community Team: Tom Diederich and Chloe Squyres!

🎉 Hi everyone! I’m Chloe

I’m so excited to be here as NEOGOV’s Community & Content Specialist! My goal is to bring this community to life through content that connects us, sparks curiosity, and makes finding what you need feel easy (and maybe even a little fun!). Whether it’s sharing helpful resources, highlighting great conversations, or creating something new—you’ll usually find me behind the scenes making sure our community feels vibrant, welcoming, and engaging.

When I’m not creating content, I’m probably out on a run 🏃, leaning fully into all things festive, curled up with a good book, or spending time being a very proud mom to my sweet little boy. 🤍

I can’t wait to connect, create, and grow with all of you—let’s make this community an amazing place to be!

Hi all! I’m Tom, NEOGOV’s new Community Manager. I spend my days thinking about how communities come to life — through conversation, shared learning and a little bit of fun along the way.

I’ve spent many years building and supporting online communities across tech and public-sector organizations, helping turn questions into knowledge and connections into long-term relationships. Here at NEOGOV, my focus is on making this community feel welcoming, useful and genuinely human — a place where it’s easy to learn from each other and feel supported through connections.

Outside of work, I’m a lifelong storyteller and tinkerer — whether that’s experimenting with creative projects, digging into history or just enjoying good conversations with curious people.

I’m thrilled you’re here. 😊

💬 Now we’d love to hear from you!

Community is always better when we get to know the people behind the usernames. If you’re comfortable, drop a hello in the replies below and share a little about yourself—anything you’d like!

If you need ideas, you could share:

  • Your agency and role

  • How you use (or plan to use) NEOGOV

  • A fun fact, hobby, or interest outside of work

No pressure at all—even a simple “hi!” is perfect. We’re so glad you’re here and can’t wait to connect, learn, and grow together. 🌟

Thanks, Chloe and hello NEOGOV Community members! It is an honor to serve you as your community manager. My (virtual) door is always open so please connect or message me if there is anything I can do for you -- even if it’s just to say “hello!”

Hi, Chloe, and Welcome to 2026!

I’m Roxanne “Rox” Nicholson, and I’m the HR Technician for Cabrillo Community College, and the general administrator of NEOED/NEOGOV here at the college.  We’ve been using NEOED since December, 2014 and we use IN, OHC, and ON.

When I’m off the clock I do Event Planning, Quilling (that’s two L’s, not LT), Reading, Writing, and whatever has happened to catch my interest at the time.

I am open to questions/best practices/etc. for college users of our software, and we have been very happy with our use for the past 11 years!

Great to connect, Rox! And thank you for your support here in the community!!

I’ve heard of event planning (not easy to do!) but I had to google “Quilling.” Very cool! Can you share some photos of your favorite “quills” (is that how to describe those intricate paper designs)?

Hi @Rox N ! It is so wonderful to meet you! 🌟

I am absolutely thrilled to welcome you and Cabrillo Community College into our 2026 conversations! Having a NEOED/NEOGOV power user like you—with 11 years of expertise—is such a gift to this community. Your deep knowledge of Insight, OHC, and Onboard is exactly the kind of "best practice" gold our members love to learn from!

I also am with Tom, I would love to see any photos you have (if you are willing to share!)

Thank you for being so open to sharing your journey and helping other college users. We are grateful to have your voice and experience here!

Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need anything at all!

Kind Regards,

   Chloe S 🤍

Happy to help where we can!

Here are a few pics (I tend to forget to photograph my work; I make things and give them away...)
