Agencies without Insight were not able to view an employee’s job description/class spec on the rating form. We implemented a code fix to disregard whether an agency has Insight. After a manager change, a new manager attempts to access a rating step for a direct report. If an employee’s manager updated scores and comments but did not submit their rating, and then that manager was changed, an error in the backend prevented new managers from submitting ratings, even though they had access to the rating step. We implemented a code fix to prevent these errors from blocking new managers from accessing the rating step.

We have updated how applicant names and signatures are populated on generated forms. Vetted will now prioritize the name from the Personal History Statement (PHS). If the name is not found in the PHS, Vetted will check the applicant's profile. This update also ensures the name is consistently applied to form tokens and the signature panel. The Employment module in the Personal History Statement (PHS) had an issue in which some fields were submitted without meeting the required field validation requirements

Power Policy - 6.25.0Feb 5, 2026 Release NotesBug FixesAddressed an issue where clicking View Results in the Survey tab of a user would occasionally show a blank white screen. An issue where workflows and document discussion comments were able to be viewed simultaneously by some users has been addressed. The issue was causing confusion where discussion comments placed directly on a document may be seen by some users who were part of a workflow, but not others, thus leading users to believe that some workflow comments were not showing up for all users.  We have improved the separation of workflow comments from document comments to alleviate this issue. An issue was fixed where some video files where not viewable in Content Hub. Fixed an issue where the Assignment dropdown for a Dynamic First Response step in a workflow may not show any options for selection. New Feature/Enhancements Add Support for Leave Policy when Accrual Begin Rule is set to “First Day Taken” When configuring a Leave Policy, when the Accrual Begin Rule is set to “First Day Taken” the accrual record’s start and end dates will update in a more expected way. The release of this feature is not able to apply to new users at this time; it can be applied to existing users with established leave banks.
