Functional  Scenario When Issue Encountered Issue Resolved On the Work Rule configuration screen, the display sequence defined on the Time Code tab did not affect the order of the Time Codes on the timesheet screen.  The sequence defined on the Work Rule > Time Code tab now correctly orders the codes when making entries on the timesheets.  On the administrator Timesheets screen, when viewing the grid on the “Potential Issues” tab, the total hours were incorrect.  The total hours field on the “Potential Issues” tab of the administrator Timesheet screen now displays the correct value.   When submitting a multi-day leave request, end users were able to toggle the “Partial Day Leave Request” option, resulting in misalignment of requested leave hours.  When submitting a multi-day leave request, the “Partial Day Leave Request” option is disabled and cannot be toggled on.

This caused it to generate the employment record without the associated assignment. If any rehires were attempted in the middle of December 2025, with this issue you may see a mismatch in employment or assignment records. The issue has been resolved as of December 29th, 2025. Unable to update a completed assignment with a terminated manager, causing issues with historical accuracy of who the manager was on the completed assignment. The issue is resolved with this release.

Hi all,The Standard W4 and Canadian TD1 tax forms were expected to be released to UAT yesterday, December 29. Due to some unexpected roadblocks, we were not able to complete the UAT release yesterday. Our team is working on deploying the form to UAT as soon as possible today.The production release is still scheduled for Monday, January 12th, 2026.Additionally, please be aware that our UAT environment will be down starting January 6th for our annual UAT refresh. Best,Onboard Team

This made it difficult to add images during course creation and editing. We’ve removed the folder option because it wasn't functioning. Administrators can continue to upload images directly from their computer using the image upload option, ensuring a simple, reliable way to add images when building custom courses. When administrators were adding an Association to a course and applied a filter (such as class specifications, positions, departments, or divisions), clicking Select All ignored the filter and selected every item in the list instead. In addition to the existing proactive behavior introduced in the 2025.10.2 release on October 24, clients can now choose a corrective method that more precisely controls when rothification begins. A new global option allows you to select how the engine determines when catch-up contributions to traditional 401(k), 403(b), and 457 plans are converted to Roth when you have a mix of Roth and non-Roth benefits set up in your payroll calculation. Proactive method (original behavior) The engine considers combined pre-tax and Roth employee deferrals when evaluating the standard elective deferral limit. An issue was fixed where a user’s approval date on a workflow might not be shown properly after that user left the agency and was archived. Fixed an issue where the user security tab may not load for some users. An issue was addressed where dragging and dropping users into a group might cause the group to appear duplicated until a full refresh of the browser window was completed. Addressed an issue where certain users may not see anyone listed in the selector on a workflow when adding a follow-up Dynamic First Response step.
