✅ RESOLVED: Analytics Dashboard Data Refresh Now Working as ExpectedHi everyone,I’m pleased to share that the issue affecting the daily data refresh on the Analytics Dashboard has been fully resolved.🗓️ What’s fixed:As of June 16, 2025, the scheduled data refresh process is back to normal. You should now see up-to-date metrics reflected on your dashboards, consistent with our standard refresh schedule (typically by the end of the previous day).🔄 Backfill complete:We’ve successfully reprocessed all historical data gaps between May and mid-June 2025. Any downstream dashboards or reports relying on this data should now be accurate and fully refreshed.🙌 Thanks for your patience:We appreciate your understanding while we worked through this issue. Analytics Dashboard data not getting refreshed daily

Hi everyone,I wanted to flag an ongoing issue we've observed with the daily data refresh for our analytics dashboard. Starting May 2025, the dashboard has not been reflecting the most recent data as expected. Typically, our refresh schedule ensures updated metrics are available by end of previous day, but that hasn’t been the case recently.🔍 What we're seeing: Data appears to be stale, with timestamps showing a last date refresh in May 2025. Scheduled refresh jobs are either delayed or not completing successfully. Some downstream dashboards and reports dependent on this data are also showing outdated values. 🛠️ Steps we've taken so far: We have identified the root cause of the issue and will be starting the refresh process to backfill all the missing days.  Our Customer Support team is also aware of the issue and can provide more details on the situation.  📢 Ask to the community:Contact our Customer Support team with any questions regarding the Analytics Dashboard. Regards,Hec

Article LinksTimeline Bugs Resolved Functional 508(C) Compliance  Timeline When will this be released?Release Date: Monday, June 30, 2025, between 1 am - 2 am (PST). Is there downtime for this release?No. Bugs Resolved Functional Scenario When Issue Encountered Issue Resolved Uploading the Certificate image via Administrative > Certificate Settings > Courses tab > Upload Signature Image In the Signature Image upload field, the system was not displaying the uploaded signature image correctly, as it did not match the supported dimensions of 50px height by 400px width. Instead, it was cropping the image to an incorrect size (250px width by 50px height), which caused the signature images to appear smaller than expected. This issue has been resolved, and images will now display at the full supported size of 50x400 as intended. Navigating to Unified Dashboard > Task To-Do List, you can view Training tasks that require approval. A course enrollment approval task remained
