PowerDMS (Policy)Oct 30,, 2025 Release NotesRelease 6.20.0 - October 30, 2025New FeaturesA new feature has been added to the Administrative Settings unser Site Configuration > Settings > Documents called “Make archived documents and revisions available only to Master Admins.” When enabled, only Master Administrators will be able to view archived documents, and outdated revisions of documents.  Bug FixesAdditional work has been done to improve the count of To-do’s being displayed in the dashboard so they will better match other locations where counts are displayed. An issue has been addressed which caused the Certificate Expiration tab to appear cut off, or too short, when there were only a few certificates displayed in the list. Addressed an issue where Admins with audit rights over a user were unable to access that user’s membership data. Fixed an issue where searching the Workflows type in the Advanced Search would not return any results, even though such records did exist.

Despite the process being set to inactive and deleted, the admin still sees tasks on the Unified dashboard.  The system was updated to ensure that when a process is deleted, all associated tasks are automatically removed from the Unified dashboard. This fix resolved the discrepancy where tasks were still visible to the admin, ensuring that deleted processes no longer leave residual tasks in the system.  508(C) Compliance  Screen(s) Count of Bugs Resolved N/A 0

This issue was related to a Section 508 accessibility problem. The fix ensures that the user remains on the same part of the page during interactions. Instead of a full page refresh, a spinner now appears while the task is being completed. Reports - When viewing reporting data of applicants who have not submitted PHS null values were shown for age, race, gender. These values for applicants who have not submitted PHS are now pulled from profile instead of PHS. When the “Configurable Email Subjects” enhancement is release on 10/30/25 to Insight, will the “Subject” field be blanked or will it prepopulate information from the “Name” field? We have close to 200 email notices setup in Insight. I am hoping the “Subject” field is left blank during the enhancement and let the agencies decide if they want to have it filled with a specific subject.  In UAT I noticed that email notices already having the “Subject” field filled in with some text being pulled from the “Name” field or description. 

Hi Everyone, I tuned into the Spring webinar regarding upcoming releases and some of the great changes that were going to be made to PowerDMS Policies.  Two of them which I was very excited about what the signature function associated with assignments. Currently a document can only be signed once, after that it is required to be versioned to be signed again.  What I understood was that this requirement was going to be eliminated, therefore allowing folks to sign more than once. Another great one was allowing approval workflows to be completed using your mobile phone vs. having to sign into the software on a laptop or desktop. If anyone has any timeframes associated with these releases if would be much appreciated!Thank you so much for your help.Regards,Chris
