In some cases, recurring enrollments for courses assigned through associations (such as positions) did not re-enroll all eligible learners on the scheduled date. As a result, only a subset of learners were re-enrolled, even though many were included in the course’s associations. Periodic evaluation not being auto-created if the last probation date had not passed We resolved an issue where the system was disabling the creation of periodic evaluations regardless of the, “Disable creation of periodic evaluation until the last probation's due date has passed” setting. Due to complications with the scheduled March Onboard release this morning, users faced issues within Onboard and eForms including latency, inability to preview or download forms, or in some instances, the inability to load the module. In order to restore functionality as quick as possible, we have rolled back our deployment and will reschedule accordingly. We apologize for any inconveniences that this may have caused and thank you for your patience as we work to find a new release date.

We are aware of an issue in the Onboard and eForms modules this morning regarding the inability to preview or download completed forms. This includes any issues regarding general slowness or loading the module as well. The issue has been escalated to our internal development team for investigation. Question for LE agencies with a standalone academy or state academies. Do you use PowerDMS or a Learning Management System (like Canvas, Blackboard Learn, Moodle) to maintain your lesson plans, deliver training, and proctor tests? In some cases, the sign-in page took significantly longer than expected to load, and users encountered intermittent errors. We implemented performance improvements behind the scenes to streamline sign-in processing and reduce system strain. TimelineWhen will this be released?Thursday, 03/05/2026 at 5 PM PSTIs there downtime for this release?No Support for California Workplace Know Your Rights Act (SB 294)California has introduced the “Workplace Know Your Rights Act” (SB 294) on 1/1/2026 and goes into effect on 03/30/2026. One of the elements of this piece of legislation requires employers to give employees a way to designate which emergency contacts should be contacted if the employee is either arrested or detained. Any employer not found in compliance is subject to a fine of $500 per employee per day (Capped at $10,000 per employee). To address this requirement, a new field has been added to the “Emergency Contact” that allows you to designate if that emergency contact should be contacted in case the employee is arrested or detained.  This field will only show up if the employee's current home address is in California.  By default the value of this field is set to “No”. 

New Feature/Enhancements Choose End Date When Manually Completing AssignmentsWhen an employee’s assignment is manually set to completed, we now require adding an End Date. This is to provide support for reporting capabilities throughout the HRIS suite.  Appendix: Bugs Resolved N/A
