Reported E-Verify Issue Resolved

Hi Onboard users,Yesterday’s issue related to submitting E-Verify cases has been resolved. This issue was related to the E-Verify API timing out which prevented cases from being created. It was not caused by a change on our end. Our team reached out to E-Verify to get this resolved, but the issue resolved itself this morning without requiring any further action. New Reports of Issue Submitting E-Verify Cases

Hi Onboard users,We are receiving reports that customers are running into issues submitting new E-Verify cases. If you are not able to successfully submit an E-Verify case at this time, please try again tomorrow. If the case is submitted with a delay, you will be able to indicate the delay reason as technical issues.Our team is actively investigating the issue. From what we can tell, the issue is happening on the E-Verify side. We have reached out to their technical support team for assistance.Thank you for your understanding.

We were also showing two success messages. Lastly, if using this feature for employees, preboarding tasks outstanding were not updated. These three issues are now resolved. Completing the I9 and initiating eVerify I9 tasks for HR were sometimes left incomplete even when the I9 was completed and the E-Verify case was submitted.
