Corrected an issue where a user may be unable to upload a file with type ‘Wave’ (extension .WAV) to PowerDMS. EnhancementsMultiple performance enhancements have been made to the system to assist in faster loading of items, and provide an overall improved user experience. Functionality EnhancementsIn Workflows, we have updated the process of a ‘Deny’ action followed by a Reevaluation action. If a step is denied, and is subsequently set to reevaluation, the step will no longer be cloned into a new step, but will be reset to active, so all participants can provide input again as needed.

August 21 Time and Attendance Release Notes

Timeline When will this be released?Release Date: 08/21/2025 from 05:00 – 06:00 pm PDT, PST. Is there downtime for this release?No. Appendix: Bugs Resolved Functional Scenario When Issue Encountered Issue Resolved When an entry was manually added on a day a missed punch also occurred, the time sheet did not retain the entry.    We momentarily saw the entry, but then it disappeared. However, the total time being reported was correctly updated.  We provided a fix where the manually added entry displayed at all times.  When reprocessing clock entries for multiple days, paired punches are removed.  We updated the logic when reprocessing punches so that punches pair accurately and logically.  Choosing the “Enable Start and End Times” option on the work rule still hid the start and end times if the timesheet was generated without hours.  Timesheets now respect the “Include Start and End Times” toggle on the work rule.   508(C) Co

They contain both updates from version R8, R8a and R8b.  NebraskaAdded new parameter to Nebraska SIT for the number of employees.By default, the STE always accounted for the minimum 1.5% withholding amount of the employee's taxable wages.Symmetry has confirmed that the STE should not apply this 1.5% minimum for employers with less than 25 employees. To support this, symmetry hasN added the following new miscellaneous parameter to Nebraska SIT: NUMBER_EMPLOYEES. When NUMBER_EMPLOYEES is greater than 25, the STE will calculate the same as before.The following logic from the Nebraska Circular EN would previously always take place if the withholding didn't meet the 1.5% minimum, but now this will only happen if the withholding doesn't meet the minimum AND NUMBER_EMPLOYEES is

Previously, a few agencies experienced discrepancies.  Users can now configure Rules to Send a Text Message and Send a Survey, adding value by allowing agencies to include variables from Encounters with Surveys.  Instead of configuring Headers on Surveys, you can now configure Rules to send a text message representing the header.  To do this, choose Text Message from the Survey phone number, providing a seamless experience for citizens receiving messages.

Learn Content Retirements & Updates (August 29, 2025)

Please see the list of courses that will be retired on August 29, 2025. Their replacements are listed here as well. Please be sure that any Learning Plans are updated with the course replacements and remind users currently in progress to complete the course(s) prior to the retirement date.Additionally, as previously mentioned in the Learn Release Notes we will be making some important updates to many of our highly used courses. This includes adding Closed Captioning, improved screen reader functionality, and on-screen contrast levels that meet or exceed Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) Version 2.1, Level AA. Previously, admins accessing the Course Enrollment Audit page via the Roster saw discrepancies between the audit log and the roster. For example, a course status might appear as "In Progress" in the audit page while showing as "Completed" in the roster. This inconsistency affected enrollment records created before the July 29th production release.   To allow the development team to investigate and resolve the issue, the course enrollment audit icon has been temporarily hidden for older enrollment records. Going forward, the audit page will accurately reflect course statuse

I would like to standardize what employees see in email when receiving Neogov notifications.  us-notifications@negov.net is the address from which upcoming and overdue tasks are delivered.  Can it be changed to a donotreply@neogov similar to other types of notifications?
