The HR Director Dashboard provides a high-level view of recruitment activity across the organization. It consolidates data on job requisitions, postings, applications, eligible list candidates, referred candidates, and applicant demographics into a single page. All tiles listen to a common set of dashboard-level filters that let users slice the data by department, division, job class, bargaining unit, and date. 

The Applicant with Job Application and Eligible List report type is the primary reporting model in Report Builder for tracking the full applicant lifecycle. It spans the moment a candidate submits an application through the final stages of evaluation, eligible list placement, and referral to a hiring department. This report type is designed for HR analysts, recruiters, and department managers who need to answer questions about applicant volume, demographics, application status, exam progress, and eligible list composition. Because it starts from the job application as its base record, every row in a report represents a single application event — one person applying to one job.
