Instructors with the Manager security role could still see other class-related notifications (such as updates), but enrollment notifications were missing, leaving them unaware of newly enrolled learners. The notification logic has been updated so that class enrollment notifications are always sent to the assigned instructor, regardless of their security role (Manager or otherwise) or their visibility/access to the enrolled learners.
