PowerPolicy and MS Copilot Integration

As our company moves towards to utilizing MS Copilot. Is there a way to integrate PowerPolicy with MS Copilot?

    Hello, we are currently working on an MCP server which will provide AI based query access to your policy / document information.  Could you provide more information about your use case, and goals in using Copilot with your documents? We’d love to learn more. Additionally, I’ll add your agency to the list for MCP access once ready.

      Hi, Has there been any updates on this? My organization is also interested in integrating PowerDMS to Claude.

        I want to give the same warning I’ve provided for others. Ensure you have the proper subscription level to ensure these public AI systems don’t use your Data for training the LLMs. If you use the lower cost or free versions they will use your data to train their LLMs for future use.  That said, we don’t have an API yet, but we are working on an API to provide deep links to Policies, as well as surface associated data and metadata. For the policies themselves, you’d need to use the backup export.

        Brian - FCI currently uses Copilot and our IT Manager has asked if PDMS has API access or specific graph connector to Copilot.

        One other question regarding AI Chatbot - Can this be used when viewing our policies/procedures in PDMS in the PDF version?

        We don’t have an API for CoPilot right now. We do warn a bit against using public AIs to ensure you have the correct private versions setup so your data isn’t used to train their AI if that’s a concern for your agency. PowerDMS / NeoGov does not train the LLM on your data, but without the proper paid subscription levels the publicly available ones will use your data to train their LLMs. 

        As for the information on PDFs, yes, the NeoAI can summarize answers based on your text based policies, and should provide the policy the information was pulled from as a reference in each response. You can click that reference to see the policy for yourself to verify the answer givne.

        To integrate the two systems, PowerDMS and Copilot, do we have to have a public-facing  platform?
