General Changes
Rules List Update
The Rules List in Engage has been updated to make it easier for you to find Rules and make configuration changes.
- Within each Rule Section, Active Rules and Inactive Rules, the list will be sorted alphabetically.
- A Search Bar is available to let you search for rules. After pressing Enter, the list will only display rules matching your search criteria
- An Encounter Type filter will be available on the page. For agencies using CAD and RMS, for example, this will help you isolate your rules to only 1 Encounter Type.
- This filter will default to All Encounter Types.
- When updating this filter, a new Rule will only appear after a version has been made active. Rules with no active versions will display when “All” is selected.
Enable/Disable AI Features
A new screen is available in Settings to let Agency Administrators Enable or Disable AI Features within Engage
- You can enable a new privilege, Manage IA Administration, on a User Role for specific users. It is also available for all users with the Administrator privilege.
- Currently, AI Sentiment Analysis is enabled for you on this screen in Settings.
- In future releases, additional AI features will be included in the list. All new AI features will require an Admin to enable the feature on this new screen.
