"Time Off Approve Requests" addition of a field to view

When you go into the “Time Off Approve Requests” screen it displays the Employee, Request Title, # Entries, Hours, Date Submitted and Employee Hire Date.  

 

Is there a way to add the field of “Date Requested Off” so that without clicking on the request, you can see what date the employee is requesting off?
