General Changes
Include Workflow History in Printout
When printing an IA Case Report, a Compliment, or a Complaint, you can now choose to include the Workflow History in the printout.
- To use this feature, on the printing slide-out panel that appears after choosing Print, check the new Include Workflow History box at the top before printing.
Appendix: Bugs Resolved
- The printout of the Subject Notification Template will better reflect the desired layout of the template when configured in Settings.
- Resolved issues in IA Cases, Compliments, and Complaints where text is being cut off on the printouts.
- Issues were resolved where some IA Cases, Compliments, and Complaints could not progress through the workflow.
