I am looking for a way to print all certificates for one user who has been at our agency for more than 20 years.  I know about 6 years ago this was not possible, but said there was an update.

As long as you have reporting rights or are a master admin, you can go to Reports/Analytics and run the “Certificates Awarded” list for the user. When you first open the report, click the circling X at the top right or it will generate all certificates for all users for all time, LOL! The icon will then become the Reload (refresh) Then select the username for the person you need the certificates listed. Don’t change any other options and then click the Reload icon. It should display all the certificates the user ever achieved. On the Summary Table window, hover over that header and a three-dot menu will show. Click it and select Download Data. It will give you format options; select the one you want. Go to Advanced data options and select All results. Click the Download button and you’re done!
