💫 Membership Approvals — Welcome to the NEOGOV Success Community!

We’re so excited to have you join us! 🎉 Our team reviews new membership requests three times a day, so you’ll be up and running in no time.

🧭 Here’s how to create your account:

1️⃣ Go to: https://success.neogov.com
2️⃣ Click Login → then select Create an Account
3️⃣ Choose a unique username (no symbols, please!)
4️⃣ Enter your organization or work email address — this helps us verify your membership faster
5️⃣ Set a secure password that meets the requirements

💡 Pro Tip: If you receive an error, try adjusting your username, email, or password until it’s accepted — sometimes a quick tweak does the trick!

Once your account is submitted, our team will review and approve it during the next scheduled sweep. You’ll get an email notification as soon as your membership is approved, and then you’re officially part of the NEOGOV Success Community! 🙌

At the top of the Community page, click the Webinars and Events tab to explore upcoming sessions designed to help you make the most of NEOGOV.

Scroll under the Events section and click Subscribe — that’s it!
You’ll automatically be notified whenever new events are added so you can plan ahead and never miss out.

🤝 Join Product Update Groups

Want insider updates and discussions?

1️⃣ Go to Groups and Product Updates at the top of the screen.
2️⃣ Click Join Group or Request to Join for the products you care about.
3️⃣ Once joined, your groups will appear under My Groups — making it easy to keep track of    everything you follow.

 

Pro Tip for Managing Your Groups!
If you ever need to unsubscribe from a group, it’s super simple:

Go to My Groups and select the group you’d like to update.
Click the “You’re a Member” button.
Choose Unsubscribe from Group Notifications or Leave Group — depending on what works best for you!

2️⃣ Scroll down to the replies.
3️⃣ Find the response that best answers the original question.
4️⃣ Click “Best Answer” under that reply — it will now be highlighted for everyone to see!
