By subscribing to product update groups, you’ll always be in the loop!Here's how to subscribe:Access the Groups: Head over to the “Groups and Product Updates” section at the top of the screen. This is where you’ll find all the available groups you can join.Join a Group: When you find a product update group you’d like to follow, simply click “Join Group” or “Request to Join” under the group. You’ll receive a confirmation message at the top of the screen letting you know you’ve successfully joined!Track Your Subscriptions: Once you’ve subscribed to a group, it will appear under “My Groups” at the top of the Groups and Product Updates page. In January 2025, NEOGOV will be conducting the annual refresh of the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) environment with a current copy of the Production site. During this refresh, the UAT environment will be unavailable for use. Please note that this maintenance period does NOT affect the Production or Training environments. The period for maintenance of the UAT environment is: Friday, January 17, 6 pm Pacific Time - Friday, January 31, 6 pm Pacific Time Once the refresh is complete, the UAT environment will reflect a copy of your organization's Production site as of January 10, 2025. A few details about the refreshed data in UAT: Jobseeker email addresses and phone numbers are removed from the UAT site to prevent sending notices to candidates from the UAT environment. Email addresses are removed for users who have access only to the OHC to prevent emails from being sent to these users. Attachments (resumes, transcripts, etc) are not included in the copy from Product to UAT Perform, Onboar
