Step Up Reminder - December 11

Join us for the last Step Up of 2024 by registering here! The Process section of your Evaluation Program is vital to a streamlined evaluation because it is the place where you define all of the steps of your organization’s evaluations. Join this session to learn some of the new and advanced features available in the Process section. The objectives of this session are: - Discuss how to use recurring Before Rating steps.- Leverage Open Dates to perfect the timing of your evaluations’ steps.- Demonstrate how Conditional Steps can customize an employee’s evaluation process depending on the outcome of their evaluation rating.- Identify when to use Applicable Frequencies to further customize the evaluation process depending on which frequency is used. NEOGOV Course retirements and UPDATES for January 2025

Please see the (short) list of courses that will be retired on January 1, 2025. You may refer to the list of courses and their suggested replacements here.Please be sure that any Learning Plans are updated with the course replacements and remind users currently in progress to complete the course(s) prior to the retirement date.Additionally, the following courses are scheduled to be UPDATED on 1/1/2025. No additional actions are required, but any users currently enrolled in these courses will need to complete them by 1/1/2025 to avoid needing to be dropped and re-enrolled. I-9 Release Postponed Until Monday, Dec 9

Hi Onboard users, We regret to inform you that the planned release of the Federal I-9 form with the 2027 expiration date has been postponed until Monday, Dec 9. A minor issue occurred during our overnight release which prevented our team from proceeding as planned. Rest assured, the issue was related to one of our pre-release procedures and does not impact stability or quality of Monday's release.  You can expect the Federal I-9 form with the 2027 expiration date to be published in your accounts the morning of Monday, Dec 9. On the other hand, the form versioning improvement mentioned in our previous post is already in production and ready for you to use. We apologize for the delay. Analytics & Reporting Module - December 4th, 2024 Release

A new tab is available in Report Builder. “All Reports” tab contains all Custom and Standard reports created in Report Builder. ONBOARD UPDATES COMING SOON: New Federal I-9 & Auto-Reassign Updated Form Versions

Hi Onboard users, We have two important updates coming soon to Onboard! Please review the changes below so you can prepare for the release, and reach out to onboard-uat@neogov.com if you have any questions. 1. New I-9 with 2027 Expiration Date We appreciate your patience regarding the new version of the Federal Form I-9. As mentioned previously, the new I-9 is the exact same edition date (08/01/23) but USCIS has extended the expiration date to 2027.  As a result, there are no changes to any of the fields or content of the I-9 form with the exception of the expiration date. As such, the form will be released to production on Thursday, December 5. 2. Form Versioning Improvements We have improved the form versioning behavior in Onboard, which we are excited to showcase with the new Federal Form I-9. What HAS NOT Changed: When you publish a new version of a form in Onboard, the system archives any instances of the previous version that are "in progress" and cancels all “Pending”, “Curren
