Release 6.10.0 - July 2, 2025

An issue was addressed where users with limited admin permissions over a folder were unable to bookmark the folder.

Fixed an issue where organizations with additional enforce licenses were unable to create users beyond their purchased license count.

An issue was fixed where site timezone settings may have been offset to an incorrect timezone.  This issue was generated by a maintenance procedure, and has thus been corrected in the database and the procedure.

Fixed an issue where a limited admin user with audit / edit rights over a group may not see the ‘Auto Add’ option.

Addressed an issue where Documents may not be displayed in alphabetical order in the Rights and Assignments tab.

Fixed an issue in the Rights and Assignments tab for Documents, where the user may try to filter the documents by folder, but the folder path was not properly displayed causing confusion for the user.

An issue was addressed where the Allowed Time text may be displayed incorrectly on Document Signing where a test was required.

Fixed an issue where the Course Completion Settings were not being displayed correctly under the Questions section.

Addressed an issue where users were unable to right-click the ‘Home’ button, and select ‘Open in New Tab’. 

Fixed an issue where a user might incorrectly receive an ‘Insufficient Privileges’ error when selecting document folders.

An issue was addressed where a user might incorrectly receive an ‘Insufficient Privileges’ error when attempting to open a document from a bookmark in PowerDMS.

An issue was fixed where an admin attempting to remove a User Group assignment from a folder might incorrectly see an ‘Insufficient Privileges’ error.

Release 6.11.0 - July 10, 2025

An issue was fixed where the Document status in the side menu for all documents would show ‘Published’ even though there were documents not currently in a ‘Published’ state.

Fixed an issue where a document with a date field mistakenly set to make it 425 years old caused the mobile app to be unable to display the document.

Addressed an issue where scrolling in the side menu (document tree) would progressively be offset as the list of documents grew in length.  This caused a user trying to scroll to the bottom of the menu to only be able to get to some arbitrary point before the end of the document list.

An issue was fixed where selecting an item in a folder on the side menu containing many items would cause the menu to auto-scroll back to the top.

An issue was addressed where the ‘Auto Add’ option may be missing for some groups in the Rights and Permissions section of some folders in PowerDMS.

Fixed an issue where updates to signature due dates would not apply properly to users who were already assigned to the document.

An issue was addressed where you were unable to select more than five users when adding users to a message.

An issue was fixed where certain notifications from Workflows might be delayed when sending, or may not be sent at all after a Workflow step was completed.

Addressed an issue where clicking the column headers in the Advanced Search results would not sort the results table by the column header clicked.
