August 2025 Release Notes

Release 6.15.0 - Aug 21, 2025

Bug Fixes

  • Addressed an issue where mobile push notifications may not be sent properly for some organizations.
  • Corrected an issue where a user may be unable to upload a file with type ‘Wave’ (extension .WAV) to PowerDMS.

 

Enhancements

  • Multiple performance enhancements have been made to the system to assist in faster loading of items, and provide an overall improved user experience.

 

Functionality Enhancements

  • In Workflows, we have updated the process of a ‘Deny’ action followed by a Reevaluation action.
    • If a step is denied, and is subsequently set to reevaluation, the step will no longer be cloned into a new step, but will be reset to active, so all participants can provide input again as needed.

Is there an expected release date for the ability to re-issue policy for signature on a recurring basis? Example: Reissuing a Code of Conduct annually without having to create a new document or a workaround.

This is a planned item in our quarter four roadmap currently. ​@joshua.bott 

Is there a plan to allow organizations to send email alerts whenever a new document is published?  I know we can set email alerts when the inbox isn’t empty, but there is no option to send an email alert immediately upon publishing the document.  It’s important since users do not consistently get the mobile alert despite the latest release. 

 

With this update are there any other reported issues of not being able to re-order Course elements anymore? I have tried all browsers, both on network and on a public pc. I am getting a console error when I attempt to click and drag the arrows on the course element.
