RESOLVED: Analytics Dashboard Data Refresh Now Working as Expected
Hi everyone,
I’m pleased to share that the issue affecting the daily data refresh on the Analytics Dashboard has been fully resolved.
️ What’s fixed:
As of June 16, 2025, the scheduled data refresh process is back to normal. You should now see up-to-date metrics reflected on your dashboards, consistent with our standard refresh schedule (typically by the end of the previous day).
Backfill complete:
We’ve successfully reprocessed all historical data gaps between May and mid-June 2025. Any downstream dashboards or reports relying on this data should now be accurate and fully refreshed.
