Set Up Auto-Search in 3 Easy Steps:
- Create a new search query or update an old query under Engage > Candidates > Select or Create New Query.
- Click “Save Query” and check the “Automatically Add Matching Candidate” box.
- Select or create the candidate pool you want to automatically add qualified candidates from the search query to that pool.
