Data provided in this report:

• Page Views & Unique Visitors: Track the number of times job seekers visit your site and how many new visitors view each job listing.
• Session Analytics: Understand how long someone stays on your career site, how many pages they view on each site, and more.
• Conversion Rates: See how many job seekers convert from viewers to applicants for both pages and job listings.
• Comparative Insights: Compare job listing views and conversions over time.

How to find this report in Attract:

1. Reach out to your Customer Success Manager to opt-in for this new report.
2. In Attract, click on the “Analytics” tab at the top of your screen. 
3. Use the dropdown menu in the upper left corner to select “Detailed Career Site Report.”
