Total Compensation - Adding prior years
Total Compensation does not include up to 4 prior calendar years for employees. This is not set for the agency-level Total Compensation.
With this release, the Total Compensation will not include up to 4 previous calendar years. If the employee has payroll data for the prior year, they can pull the total compensation for those years. Upcoming releases will include a date picker to be able to look at any period in the current year or even make a projection of a date later in the year.

Note: The Select Year dropdown will always default the year to date, but it will be selectable if the employee has prior years of data.
Prerequisite Setup
Must have the Payroll module and Total Compensation permissions to view Total Compensation.
Value
This change allows users to view prior years and compare where they were to where they are currently.
Audience
All users with access to total compensation.
Inline Creation of Change Reason, Termination Reason, and Asset Type
This enhancement allows a user to create a change reason, termination reason, and asset type from the corresponding drop-downs.
With this release, users within the Core HR admin experience can add a change reason, termination reason, and asset type from the corresponding drop-downs. Selecting the link at the bottom of the list will allow a user to add one of these items and use it immediately when they find that an item is missing and needs to be added.

Value
Previous agencies needed to have their Implementation Consultant or Customer Support team add Change Reason, Termination Reason, and Asset Types. This enhancement allows the agency to no longer make this request and create these items when needed.
