| Clients reported an issue where employees were not able to see their own information. This was when the agency was using the Field Controls within the Security Profile page to limit access a user has to another user. This prevented the user from accessing their own personal information. | We resolved this by making sure that the field controls only apply to viewing another user in the system and that the individual’s access will continue to be based on their permissions from the Security Profile page. Now, an employee can see their own information, while not being able to see anyone else’s information. |
| Clients reported an issue where time off requests were going to personal email instead of work email. | We resolved this by fixing a caching issue that was populating the personal email instead of the work email. Our system cached the personal email even though our system was showing an updated work email. |
