September 2024 HRIS Enhancement Release Notes

NEOGOV has an HRIS enhancement release on Thursday, September 12th.

Human Resources

• Personnel Actions Page - Added Department column.
• HR Dashboard - Updated how personnel action tasks display.
• Updates to the Personnel Action Task popup.
• Approval Processes Page - Added Filter By dropdown.

Benefits

• Added Days in Advance field when setting up benefit plans.
• Added dependency enrollment restrictions for open and current enrollments.

Time and Attendance

• Admins can now define their own default approver for approval processes.
• Admins can now add leave lines directly on the Time Off Information page.
• The Time Off Information page now has a Transactions tab with additional leave line information.
• Admins can now add custom reasons for time off requests on the Leave Types page.

Payroll

• Earnings and Deductions now have an Audit Log.
  • The Audit Log contains filters for quick sorting.
• Taxation management can now be done at the agency level on the Payroll Setup page.
• Deduction codes now support flexible percentage-based plans.
• Added Nevada pension reporting.
