2022 W-4 Form

Hi Onboard Users!

The final version of the 2022 W-4 was released last week and since then, our team has been working diligently to make sure the updated version of the form is available to you all. 

We are pleased to announce that the 2022 W-4 will be available for testing in UAT from Monday, January 10 until Friday, January 14. The new version will be released to your production accounts shortly after UAT testing ends. The tentative date is Monday, January 17. The final date will be announced next week. 

With the release of the new form version, you will notice the following updates in your system: 

• All completed and in-progress 2021 W-4 forms will be archived. Current and pending tasks related to these forms will be canceled. 
• Any pending W-4 tasks that had the 2021 W-4 form assigned will be redirected to the new 2022 W-4 version.
• All W-4 form items in your checklists will be automatically updated to the new version ensuring that newly assigned tasks are related to the new 2022 W-4.

The new form version will have the same internal form name (W4) and the same set of fields and internal field names as the previous one. The currently active 2021 W-4 form will be deactivated and renamed to ‘2021 W4 v2’.
