When a process step was expected to be the current active step, it was being skipped unexpectedly, causing the workflow to advance past it without user action.

Fixed the step progression logic so that the current step is no longer skipped and the process advances correctly through each step in sequence.

When configuring a task assignee using the "Specific Employee Group" option in Process Builder, the assignee dropdown appeared blank and a 500 error was thrown, making it impossible to assign the task.

Fixed the assignee dropdown so that employee groups load correctly and no 500 error is thrown when selecting a specific employee group as the task assignee.

When searching for an employee in EDMS and performing a bulk download, documents stored in the temporary folder were excluded from the download, resulting in an incomplete set of files.

Fixed the bulk download logic so that documents in the temp folder are included when downloading all documents for a searched employee.

When searching in My Teams forms using an employee's preferred name, no results were returned, even when matching records existed, making it impossible to find employees by preferred name.

Fixed the search functionality so that searching by preferred name in My Teams forms correctly returns matching results.

When searching in My Teams forms using the Employee filter, the preferred name did not appear in the results, which showed the legal name instead and confused users who utilize preferred names.

Fixed the Employee filter so that preferred names are correctly reflected when filtering in My Teams forms.
