When accessing a shared folder in User's view that contains a confidential form, the preview does not work for the confidential form, although the download functions correctly.

Fixed the preview functionality so that confidential forms within shared folders are viewable in the User's view, consistent with the download behavior.

When navigating to Settings > Notification Emails and selecting the "Use Custom" checkbox on a default email template (or opening an existing custom template flyout) and saving without making changes to the subject or email preview, an error is thrown: "Subject template is required when default template is not selected."

Corrected the save validation logic so that email templates can be saved without modification when switching to a custom template or re-saving an existing custom configuration.

When navigating to EDMS and attempting to bulk download documents from a Temporary folder, the bulk download fails from EDMS and User Self-Service > Documents pages, while working correctly from the Employee Documents page.

Fixed the bulk download functionality so Temporary folder documents can be downloaded consistently from all applicable pages, including EDMS and User Self-Service Documents.

When creating a process with tasks and toggling on the "Enable Employee Visibility" setting, the audit trail incorrectly logs entries for "Process item copied and pasted" for all tasks, even though no copy-paste action was performed.

Corrected the audit trail logging so that "Process item copied and pasted" entries are only created when a task is actually copied and pasted, and enabling the Employee Visibility toggle now properly logs a "Process settings changed" entry instead.
