Thank you all for your patience and understanding as we worked to correct the issues that were identified after the new Form Builder was released. We have a detailed update for you on each of the issues, should you experience any issue outside of the ones listed below please reach out to the customer support team so that we can get the specific details needed to look into each issue individually.
- All tasks should be showing correctly, if you are still not seeing some tasks please clear your cache and check again. If after this they are still not there we will need to look at the details of the tasks, please log a case with the support team.
- The font size issue for Background forms was resolved. Any font size that was larger than a 12 point with the old fonts was updated and set to 12 point font using the new font size which is inline with standard font sizes. We are still working on a fix for the formatting of the Dynamic forms.
- The versioning of the I-9 and W-4 has been properly completed. Any form that was in progress was archived and needs to be reassigned. Any form that was not yet started was updated to the new version of the form. If you have any questions about form versioning please reach out to the support team.
- Downloading of completed forms in bulk is now working from the employee’s form section. The bulk download of forms from the completed forms report is still being worked on by the development team.
