New Form Builder - Important Notice, December 13

We want to thank you all once again for your patience and understanding as we worked to correct the issues that were identified after the updated Form Builder was released. 

We have a detailed update for you on each of the issues, should you experience any issue outside of the ones listed below please log a customer support case and provide specific details so that we can look into your particular issue. 

• NEOED customers can now access their forms and form tasks - Fixed and Deployed
• Exporting forms to Excel or PDF from the Form Report - Development Complete. Testing in Progress
• I9 and W4 for new hires are grayed out and cannot click on them - Development in Progress
• Employees not able to submit some assigned forms - Development in Progress
• HR Users not able to access their tasks - Development in Progress
• Formatting issues on dynamic forms - Development in Progress
• Bulk download of completed forms from the Employee Details page or the Form Report - Development in Progress
• Form Report not generating for some of the forms - Development in Progress
• Forms not fully exported viaDocument Export Subscription  - Development in Progress
• Cancelled form tasks in processes that are in progress - Development in Progress
