We have an update for you on several of the issues that have been resolved today. Thank you again for your patience and understanding as we are working to address the issues that were identified after the new Form Builder was released.
The following issues are now resolved:
- Account Activation emails not being sent out - Note that activation emails generated today will be sent out. All older activation emails that were stuck in processing have been canceled. If you sent an activation email before today that was not received you will need to resend it.
- Bulk download of completed forms from the Form Report - Every newly initiated bulk download of completed forms from the Form Report will be accessible from the Downloads page.
- The font size issue for Dynamic forms - Editing title font size and form font size is now editable for all dynamic forms. If the font size on your dynamic form is large causing formatting issues, please open the form in the From Builder, select the Settings button, and decrease the title font size and form font size. Decrease the row span of your fields by using the “Row span” field setting to reduce the blank space on the form if needed. Updating the font size will not create a new form version.
- Exporting forms to CSV, PDF, and Excel from the Form Report only exporting first page
- The SSN for a prehire/employee is correct, but users still receiving an error message showing invalid SSN and are unable to submit the form
Issues that are still in Progress and will be deployed as soon as a fix is ready:
- Bulk download of completed forms from the Employee Details page - Intermittent download failures still occurring. Improvement in Progress
- Form Report not generating for some of the forms - Development Complete, Testing in Progress
- HR Users, IT Users, and Managers not able to access forms of their employees even if they have Read permissions - Development in Progress
- Old version of the I-9 not archived for some employees - Development in Progress
- Forms not fully exported via Document Export Subscription - Development in Progress
