New Form Builder - Important Notice, December 16

Here is a new update on the issues that are related to the new Form Builder Release. Our team is continuously working on resolving all the reported issues. Please find below the list of resolved issues. We appreciate your patience and understanding for the issues that are still in development.

The following issues are now resolved:

• Old version of the I-9 not archived for some employees 
• Opening archived I-9 and W-4 forms in edit mode resulting in error messages for already completed fields, a blank page, and not being able to initiate e-Verify - Note that editing archived forms is now disabled. If an employee needs to make updates or the employer section needs to be completed, a new set of I9 tasks needs to be assigned to that employee so that the new version of the I-9 form can be completed. 
• Forms not fully exported via Document Export Subscription
• Form Report not generating for some of the forms

Issues that are still in Progress and will be deployed as soon as a fix is ready:

• Bulk download of completed forms from the Employee Details page - Intermittent download failures still occurring. Improvement in Progress. 
• HR Users, IT Users, and Managers not able to access forms of their employees even if they have Read permissions - Development in Progress
• HR Users not able to access some of their form tasks - Development in Progress
• Not able to delete assigned forms - Development in Progress
• Not able to reorder the fields on dynamic forms after updating font size - Development in Progress
• Some of the Single selection fields migrated to Multiple selection fields - Development in Progress
• Pre-hire forms previously Archived are now Completed - Development in Progress
• Archived I9 form has extra blank page when exported to PDF - Development in Progress
