New Form Builder - Important Notice, December 20

We want to thank you all once again for your patience and understanding as we are working to address the issues that were identified after the new Form Builder was released.

We have a detailed update for you on each of the issues. If you experience any issue outside of the ones listed below please log a customer support case and provide specific details so that we can look into your particular issue. 

The following issue is now resolved:

• Newly assigned form tasks grayed out and not clickable on the Task list and on the Pre-hire/Employee Checklist page 

Issues that are still in Progress and will be deployed as soon as a fix is ready:

• Bulk download of completed forms from the Employee Details page - Intermittent download failures still occurring. Improvement in Progress.
• Forms not fully exported via Document Export Subscription - Intermittent download failures still occurring. Improvement in Progress. 
• Unable to download some of the forms from the Employee Details page - Development in Progress
• Not able to reorder the fields on dynamic forms after updating font size - Development in Progress
• Newly assigned form tasks related to Archived forms - Issue occurs only sometimes when rehiring a pre-hire/employee. Development in Progress
• Some of the Single selection fields migrated to Multiple selection fields - Development in Progress
• Not being able to update Sections while building a new form - Intermittent issue. Development in Progress
• Archived I9 form has extra blank page when exported to PDF - Development in Progress

We will resolve the remaining issues as quickly as we can.
