We have an update for you on several of the issues that have been resolved in the last few days. Thank you again for your patience and understanding as we are working to address the issues that were identified after the new Form Builder was released.

The following issues are now resolved:

  • Form Report page not loading form data 
  • Form version not getting activated automatically on scheduled date 
  • Not able to access form and review form tasks in some cases
  • Forms not fully exported via Document Export Subscription

Issues that are still in Progress and will be deployed as soon as a fix is ready:

  • Some old forms showing as In Progress /Completed although they should be Archived - Partially fixed. Development in Progress
  • Not able to submit the form without toggling on a Toggle field in some cases - Development in Progress 
  • Issue while filling out a Phone field that allows 7 or 10 digits - Development in Progress
  • Not able to submit the form without attaching file even though an Attachment field is not required - Development in Progress
  • Driver license number not displayed properly in some cases - Development in Progress
  • Email workflow not being sent in some cases - Development in Progress
  • Some of the Single selection fields migrated to Multiple selection fields - Development in Progress
  • Not able to preview some of the forms in the Form Builder - Development in Progress
  • Not able to reorder the fields on dynamic forms and delete blank pages to reduce blank space on the form after updating font size - Development in Progress
  • Changes not saved and errors prompted while building a new form - Intermittent issue. Development in Progress
  • Forms completed in Onboard not getting exported to eForms EDMS -  Intermittent issue. Development in Progress

We will resolve the remaining issues as quickly as we can. If you experience any issue outside of the ones listed above please log a customer support case and provide specific details so that we can look into your particular issue.
