We have an update for you on several of the issues that have been resolved in the last few days. Thanks to everyone who sent details, screenshots, and made videos about the issues they faced and helped us to fix them faster. We appreciate your patience and understanding for the issues that are still in development.
The following issues are now resolved:
- Section title doesn’t save while building a form in the Form Builder
- Not able to submit the form with a Date field in some cases
Issues that are still in progress and will be deployed as soon as a fix is ready:
- Forms not fully exported via Document Export Subscription - Intermittent download failures still occurring. Improvement in Progress.
- Not able to access form and review form tasks in some cases - Development in Progress
- Not able to submit the form without toggling on a Toggle field in some cases - Development in Progress
- Issue while filling out a Phone field that allows 7 or 10 digits - Development in Progress
- Not able to submit the form without attaching file even though an Attachment field is not required - Development in Progress
- Not able to reorder the fields on dynamic forms and delete blank pages to reduce blank space on the form after updating font size - Development in Progress
- Form Report page not loading form data - Intermittent issue. Development in Progress
- Some of the Single selection fields migrated to Multiple selection fields - Development in Progress
- Changes not saved and errors prompted while building a new form - Intermittent issue. Development in Progress
- Forms completed in Onboard not getting exported to eForms EDMS - Intermittent issue. Development in Progress
If your users cannot complete assigned form tasks, please make sure the form permissions are set up properly. If you are still having issues, please log a support case with the details of what you are experiencing.
