Cannot compare to last revision/ and dont have access to the MANAGE tab to review past revisions of policies

Can someone please help me with viewing previous revisions of policies or getting access to the MANAGE button to access previous policies. I know how to access them but it doesn't give me that option anymore. In the past before I signed the new policy it would allow to view the previous one if I scrolled over to the 3 buttons on the right but the option of comparing to previous revisions is no longer available. I would like to see the changes over time to my fire department policies. I’ve noticed other members of my department still have access to these options MANAGE and Compare to previous revisions but I’m not sure why I dont. Please Help. TIA

What is your role in PowerDMS? Your role will allow or deny access to MANAGE previous policies.

Hi @Mark.Z14 as Deann.M said above your role will make the difference. Do you know what your access level is? If not who is your PowerDMS administrator, that person should be able to tell you?
