We have an important update regarding our Google Analytics platform that will impact your career page tracking. Google is transitioning from Universal Analytics (UA) to Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and as a result, we are making the necessary upgrades to ensure a smooth transition for our valued customers.
Action Required:
On June 13, 2023, we will be releasing the necessary upgrades to support GA4. After the production release, it is vital that you create a new GA4 property in your Google Analytics account. Use the new GA4 property ID and replace it with your existing Universal Analytics property ID on the Insight career page configuration settings page. As per Google, the existing Universal Analytics will stop processing data on July 1, 2023. So please complete the migration promptly for the uninterrupted tracking
Important:
Custom Dimensions and Metrics: If you have any custom dimensions or metrics set up in your Universal Analytics account, you will need to recreate them in your GA4 account as well.
Cross-Domain Tracking: If you require cross-domain tracking for your career pages, you can set it up in your Google Analytics admin settings.
Support and Resources:
We encourage you to review the Google Support materials available for a comprehensive understanding of the migration from Universal Analytics to GA4. The provided resources will guide you through the process and help you continue tracking the usage of your career pages seamlessly.
