Candidate Text Messaging is currently down. We recently discovered that this service has been down since June 14, 2021, meaning text messages sent to candidates from Insight and the OHC on and after that date were likely not received. We are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible and will provide an update as soon as service is restored.
