Fall 2021 Recruit Module Enhancement Release

NEOGOV is pleased to announce the upcoming Fall 2021 Enhancement Release for the Recruit Module. The Insight Suite portion of these enhancements will be released to Training and Production on the following dates: 

Training: 
Monday, October 25, 2021, between 4 pm - 7 pm PDT

Production: 
Tuesday, October 26, 2021, between 4 pm - 7 pm PDT 

All sites will remain online during this enhancement release. No live demonstration will be conducted. 

Summary of Insight Enhancements:

1. Applicant to Prehire Workflow improvements
   • New Fields added to Preboarding Step
   • View Preboarding/ Onboarding Status in OHC
     
     
2. Usability Improvements
   • Updates to Referred Candidate PII Sharing Request Notice
   • Laserfiche DMS Export Available from New Insight Hires List
