Overview
We are excited to announce new features designed to enhance job matching and candidate discovery, making it easier for job seekers to find the right roles and helping employers convert top candidates faster.
AI-driven Job Suggestions
We are excited to launch improved Suggested Jobs, an AI-powered feature designed to enhance candidate discovery. Now, when job seekers view a listing on the Job Details page, they will see a personalized selection of similar roles tailored to their search intent.
This upgrade significantly improves upon our previous job suggestions by using AI to deliver higher-quality matches. We are rolling out this feature gradually while actively monitoring recommendation accuracy, candidate engagement, and application conversions.
Note: This update will deploy automatically to all users on SchoolJobs.com and GovernmentJobs.com; no configuration or opt-in is required.

Value
Surfacing relevant roles directly on the Job Details page minimizes search friction for job seekers. By dynamically displaying opportunities aligned with their intent, candidates remain engaged longer and are significantly more likely to apply—delivering higher application conversion rates for employers.

AI-driven Job Insights
We are introducing Job Key Highlights directly on job search results pages. This feature uses AI to translate complex job postings into clear, accessible summaries, stripping away internal HR jargon so candidates can quickly understand core requirements and duties at a glance.
Notes:
- This update will deploy automatically to all users on SchoolJobs.com and GovernmentJobs.com; no configuration or opt-in is required.
- Highlights are generated exclusively from the employer’s original job details, ensuring complete accuracy without adding external information.

Value
Displaying key takeaways directly within search results gives candidates an instant preview of each role before they click. Seeing these essentials upfront helps job seekers quickly evaluate fit, leading to more intentional clicks and higher application rates.
Audience
- Job seekers
Examples
- A candidate searching for administrative roles can now view key details, such as required education, top benefits, and core duties, directly on the search page. Key insights that previously required opening and reading the full job description are now visible at a glance.
Application Volume Insights
We are introducing Application Volume Insights on the Job Details page. Candidates can now view real-time indicators showing candidate interest and competition levels, empowering them to make more informed decisions about where to apply.

Value
Displaying real-time job interest gives candidates an instant view of competition levels. For newly posted roles, early activity signals an opportunity to stand out first, while high applicant volumes create urgency, prompting candidates to submit their applications before listings close.
Note: This feature is available on SchoolJobs.com and GovernmentJobs.com and not on Career Pages.
Audience
- Job seekers
Examples
- Application Volume Insights automatically categorizes listings using dynamic badges: High Interest for top-trending roles, Great Opportunity for moderate- to low-traffic positions, and Just Opened for newly posted or reopened listings.
Access Membership Rebranding
We are streamlining the candidate experience by updating Access Membership to a simple, intuitive opt-in model. Job seekers can now easily opt in during sign-up or anywhere across the platform, eliminating friction and removing the need for complex onboarding flows.
Note: This update will deploy automatically to all users on SchoolJobs.com and GovernmentJobs.com; no configuration or opt-in is required.

Value
Removing friction from the opt-in process enables candidates to share their profiles with participating employers effortlessly. This converts a passive job search into active career opportunities, empowering hiring managers to discover talent and proactively invite matching candidates to apply.
Audience

Streamlined Sign-In & Sign-Up Flows
The account creation process has been condensed into fewer, more intuitive steps to reduce friction and abandonment. Usernames have been eliminated in favor of email-only authentication for both sign-up and login, while new account creation via Facebook has been discontinued (though existing linked users can still log in using their email). Meanwhile, Google sign-in remains fully supported as the primary authentication option.

Value
By streamlining the registration flow and removing usernames, these changes reduce user fatigue, eliminate a common point of sign-in confusion, and directly address drop-off rates. Additionally, phasing out Facebook registration minimizes third-party dependency risks and simplifies ongoing credential management without disrupting the platform's most popular sign-in method.
Audience
- Job seeker
Note: This feature is available on SchoolJobs.com and GovernmentJobs.com and on Career Pages and is being rolled out in a phased manner. This system update is being enabled in phased waves across all accounts and Career Pages automatically.
Enhanced Job Details Page
The Job Details Page layout has been updated to break job descriptions into distinct, organized sections rather than displaying a single, continuous block of text. This structural change introduces targeted navigation, allowing candidates to jump straight to specific areas of interest—such as benefits, requirements, or duties—without needing to scroll through the entire posting.

Value
By replacing long walls of text with direct section navigation, this update significantly improves readability and user experience. Candidates can quickly scan for key details and evaluate job fit much faster, reducing bounce rates on posting pages and helping qualified applicants submit their applications with less effort.
Audience
- Job seeker
Notes: This feature is available on SchoolJobs.com and GovernmentJobs.com and on Career Pages.
This will be available on UAT in the week of Oct 19, 2026. This platform-wide update will be automatically deployed in phased waves across all accounts and Career Pages starting November 3rd, 2026.
These Release Notes were updated on October 15, 2026.
