Guided Recruitment Setup is about to get even better with an enhancement that is scheduled to be released to production this Thursday, November 30th! Here’s what it will include: 

Requisition Fields Flow Into the Job Posting:

Information from key requisition fields, including Department, Division, Class Spec, Job Title, Job Number, and Job Type, will now automatically flow into the job posting, saving you time and effort. You can still override these values on the job posting form if needed.

Expanded Requisition Auto-Authorization:

When you link an existing approved requisition to a job posting via the guided workflow, the requisition status will automatically change from approved to open and be assigned to you, even if you weren't the one who created it. This eliminates the need for manual authorization, further streamlining your recruitment setup process. If the requisition is already assigned to another HR user, then the assigned user will not change.
