Improve Talent Search Functionality

Talent Search could be such a useful tool but the search capability is years behind LinkedIn. I know different products.  Should be able to sort and filter out current employees.  Should be able to see how many and who received what emails. Its a nice placeholder for something that could be so much better.  I do get a good response when I email, however I don’t want to re-email those I’ve already reached out to.  Hoping this is a project on the list somewhere to improve.
