Scenario When Issue Encountered

Issue Resolved

When reviewing an application in Insight, the "Graduated" field in the Education section appeared blank if a candidate had selected "No," creating an inconsistency with the Unified recruiting/ Online Hiring Center (OHC) view, where the value was correctly displayed.

Fixed the data display issue so that "No" values for the graduation status now correctly appear in Insight, ensuring data consistency across both platforms.

When using the "Select All" feature in combination with an advanced filter to refer candidates to a requisition from the eligible list in Insight, the system would incorrectly include all candidates from the original list rather than only the filtered subset.

Corrected the referral logic to ensure that when "Select All" is used with an active filter, only the specific candidates meeting the filter criteria are referred.

Candidates were occasionally not receiving email notices sent from the Unified recruiting/ Online Hiring Center (OHC) if the agency's organization name contained special characters (such as parentheses), leading to missed communications.

Updated the email delivery formatting to properly handle special characters in organization names, ensuring that all notices are successfully delivered to candidates' inboxes.
