Scenario When Issue Encountered

Issue Resolved

When running a requisition report to see who last updated a requisition, the "Last Updated By" field sometimes showed an incorrect user name, causing confusion about who made changes.

Fixed the issue so the correct user name now appears in the "Last Updated By" field on requisition reports, accurately reflecting who made the changes.

When viewing the Hire Workflow for a requisition, the Preboarding step appeared twice in certain cases, even though it was only configured once in settings.

Fixed the duplicate Preboarding step so any new requisitions created in the future will display only once in the Hire Workflow, matching the configured settings.

When setting up custom form fields on job postings with dropdown or selection-type responses, the character limit for each response option was too short (500 characters) for agencies needing longer descriptions.

Increased the character limit for selection-type response options in custom form fields from 500 to 2,000 characters.

In certain cases, when candidates filled out an application, the agency-wide questions appeared in a different order than what was specified in the Application Template.

Fixed the question ordering so candidates now see agency-wide questions in the exact order set by the administrator in the Application Template.

When viewing Application Flow data for a job posting, the Ethnicity breakdown showed no data, even though applicants had responded to ethnicity questions. This happened when the ethnicity name was longer than the standard names.

Fixed the Application Flow feature so ethnicity data now loads correctly, including for longer ethnicity category names.

When editing a Notice Template, merge fields (like First Name, Last Name) were treated as unclickable images, making it impossible to edit the template content around them.

Fixed the Notice Template editor so merge fields are now properly editable as text, allowing administrators to modify templates as expected.

When running the Eligible List Supplemental Questions Report, there was no way to include a Person ID column, making it difficult to identify candidates without using their names.

Added a new optional "Person ID" column to the Eligible List Supplemental Questions Report, available in both the preview and exported files (PDF, CSV, Excel).

When exporting the Eligible List Supplemental Questions Report, some applicants who appeared in the preview were missing from the exported CSV or Excel file.

Fixed the report export so all applicants shown in the preview are now correctly included in the CSV and Excel exports.

The Workload Summary Report's "Rejected" count did not match expectations — it only counted rejections at the initial application received step, but the label did not make that clear.

Updated the report label to "Applications Rejected in App Received Step" to clearly indicate what is being counted, preventing confusion.

When viewing a supplemental question on a job posting, a Yes/No question appeared as a radio button selection instead. Editing the question showed the correct format, but viewing did not.

Fixed the display so Yes/No supplemental questions now consistently appear in the correct format in both view and edit modes.

When viewing Exam Plan details, there was no way to see the requisition status directly on the page, requiring extra navigation to check each requisition's status.

Added a new "Status" column to the Requisitions grid on the Exam Plan Details page, so users can see the current requisition status at a glance.

When printing the referred candidate list from a requisition within OHC, only the first 10 candidates appeared on the printout, even if there were many more referred candidates.

Fixed the print function to include all candidates in the printed list, not just the first page of results.

When overriding a notice template to make edits, the spacing between merge fields (like candidate name, date, etc.) was removed after saving, causing the notice to look jumbled.

Fixed the notice template override so spacing between merge fields is now preserved after saving changes.
