Issues Resolved
| Scenario When Issue Encountered | Issue Resolved |
|---|---|
| When an Insight user searched for a candidate by first name on the Applicant Search page, the system only matched against the candidate's Preferred First Name. If a candidate had a Preferred First Name on file, searching by their Legal First Name returned no results, requiring users to know which name type was populated in the system. | Enhanced the Applicant Search within Insight to now search across both Legal First Name and Preferred First Name when a value is entered in the First Name field. Users can find candidates regardless of which name type they search by. |
| When a job seeker updated their first/last name through their GovernmentJobs profile or during the application process, the name change was not recorded in the Insight Audit Trail. | Fixed the applicant name change tracking so that name updates made by job seekers from their GovernmentJobs profile or during the application process are now properly recorded in the Insight Audit Trail |
| When an agency had the "Confidential Info on Printed Hire Form" preference enabled, and a Hire custom field (e.g., SSN) was marked as confidential, the confidential custom field did not appear on the printed Personnel Action Form (PAF) even for users with access to view confidential data. | Fixed the printed Personnel Action Form to correctly display confidential custom fields (such as SSN) when the agency preference for "Confidential Info on Printed Hire Form" is turned on. |
| When a Hire or E-Offer email notice containing images was sent, the images with filenames containing special characters appeared broken when the recipient viewed the notice in their Inbox. | Fixed the image rendering in Hire/E-Offer email notices sent from Insight so that images with filenames containing special characters are now properly encoded and display correctly when viewed in the Inbox. |
| When a candidate was moved to the "Hired" status, the electronic offer that was previously sent to the candidate disappeared from the job seeker's profile in GovernmentJobs under their application history page. | Fixed the electronic offer retention so that electronic offers sent to candidates now persist in the job seeker's GovernmentJobs profile under the application history page, even after the candidate is moved to the hired status. |
