Assessments jumping back to root

Is anyone else finding that their assessment listings in the blue bar on the left is jumping back to the root main assessment page every time you click on a standard.  Not a huge deal but getting annoying having to scroll back through every time I need to view a different standard.  Anyone else experiencing as well?

Likewise for me. I submitted a ticket to Power DMS Support on April 29th but had not heard back from anyone.

Yes, several North Carolina agencies have reported this issue with the helpdesk. I would recommend reporting it, so that they can prioritize the issue appropriately. It is a very big inconvenience.

Interestingly, not all the time.  In my own agency’s assessment, no.  However, while logging into another agency’s site to perform an assessment, yes.  Albeit, I use my agency’s computer to work on the home site, and then my personal computer to conduct assessments of external agencies.  That being the case, I wonder if it is a computer setting… display settings?

YES, and it is driving me crazy. Recommend contacting PDMS - the more of us that report it the faster they will hopefully fix it.

Good Afternoon,

Yes, I am having the same issues that you described below when I am working in Power DMS.  I submitted a work order ticket to the support at Power DMS email address.  I received an email back today that stated they are working on a backlog of issues and would try and address my reported issue as soon as possible.

This was happening all the time in our courses, but now only some of the time where if you click on a tab like seats or general it takes you to the master course.  It was reported several weeks ago to PowerDMS.  No communications on it.

Can we get an update on how the fix to this issue is going or if it has been prioritized yet?

I am not seeing it in the assessment as bad right now, but in my documents folder, after I click on a document it closes the folder being navigated and then jumps the menu bar back to the top.

Last week I got a response back from PowerDMS and they confirmed it was an issue with their application.  The ‘jumping’ seems to have been resolved.

It was resolved for a couple of days. It’s now doing it again.
