Hello, I am new here and new to accreditation.  PowerDMS had an update yesterday and now I am unable to see our previous assessment.  I have been using our old assessment to see exactly the types of things that are required for the standards.  Has anyone else had this issue?  And if so, how did you fix it?

You should be able to use the advanced search feature to find your old assessment. I would recommend bookmarking it after you pull it up. That way, you can just go to the bookmark tab under the home button to pull it up. If you haven’t already, you can open PowerDMS in two separate screens to have your old assessment on one and the new one on the other (I have two monitors also, so it makes this easier). I do this all the time when I need to compare things, or I place a new General Order in, to verify highlights.


I’ve been having the same issue since yesterday’s update. Switching assessments results in a blank screen. For me, refreshing the page seems to work


Click on the Advanced Search, top left, under Search Type click on Assessments. That should show you all the Assessments that are in DMS for you, including the archived ones. 

 


Find it in your Archives by clicking on Assessments, then Advanced Search in the search bar. It should appear in a list about halfway down the page. If you don’t see it, select the “Archived” in the “Include” box and click “Search.”

You can access archived assessments using an Advanced Search.  Click on Advanced Search under the Find Anything box and complete the form.  Search Type = Assessments and Include = Archived 

 

For future consideration, I’d suggest “bookmarking” your assessment prior to archiving it.  This way, the assessment will appear in your bookmarks section (ribbon icon under the home icon) even after it is archived.

 


When you are saying switch to archived assessments do you mean by clicking the little down arrow near your assessment title?
 

Has anyone reported to support? If so please let me know the case number. 


Thank you all, please submit a case to support if this affects you, they are aware of it and working on it however the more cases reported the quicker we can justify getting it fixed. Now because their is a workaround as described by many of you awesome folks it is not going to be fixed today!! But the plan is to have it fixed very soon!!!
