Has any encountered an issue with proofs duplicating within a standard? It seems to be mainly be proofs labeled as 2022 and 2023.
Good morning - I have not personally encountered that, but just to clarify… are you referring to proofs that are simply labeled “2022” and “2023”, or are they proofs that have been in your assessment for 2-3 years that have only recently duplicated? Also, have you copied items from another/archived assessment? Sometimes this can lead to the inadvertent “bringing over” of unintentional documents; if properly anchored and highlighted in the prior assessment, it would appear as if the duplicates were highlighted and anchored in the current assessment.
Good Morning,
I recently copied over attachments from an archived assessment into a new assessment and noticed I had duplicate attachments (proofs) on a few of the standards. Unfortunately, I can’t tell you what I’d done to cause it. I was able to open the current assessment at it’s root, then under the “Attachments” tab search for key words and attachment types, in order to filter the attachments into a list that would allow me to see which proofs had been duplicated.
I’d be interested in hearing if you discovered what caused the duplications in your proofs so I can correct our own attachments before they’re duplicated again on our next accreditation cycle.
I have seen the same outcome. Not sure what has caused the issue. If i find an answer I will definitely share.
thanks,
When I copied over my attachments from one assessment to another (making another one after my reaccreditation), I noticed there were several files that duplicated so many attachments in. I thought I must have accidentally hit the copy button twice on those when I was copying things over, but I was unsure if I caused it or it was an error somewhere else.
