I created user accounts for our officers which sent them emails on how to login to start using PowerDMS.  Many of them deleted the email and now don’t have the login stuff.  How do I get a new email sent with the login information?

There is a section (Resending a Welcome Email) in this article that may help you: 

 

Don’t worry about resending the initial email, just give them the website, the site key and their login credentials and they should be good.

Hopefully between @Timothy.G15  and @Chuck.L  you have the info you need. Both options work just fine. Were you able to accomplish what you needed?
